China has, sadly, imposed restrictions on the export of mahjong sets and this may involve fees in addition to our regular shipping costs. We will try to minimise this and will advise you by email before shipping.
VMJ-159 A Republican set of bone and bamboo tiles, now incomplete with three tiles lost. The 133 tiles are accompanied by eight flower and wild tiles. Despite the missing pieces the set is noteworthy for its rich patina, fine, shallow carving and elegant jointing between bone and bamboo. It also shows the Haversian system of lines in the bone created by the vascular system.
